Have you changed your WiFi network or password? Follow the instructions below to reconnect any HAVEN Monitors or Controllers.
First, determine if it's a WiFi connectivity issue.
Go to: Menu / My Home page. Then choose the System tab. Any devices that are having connectivity issues will show as "Offline" and have the option to "Restore Connection".
For the next step, you'll need to be close to the devices that need to be reconnected.
Locate the reset pin that was included in the package. If this is long gone, any sim card pin or similar will work.
Once you've reset the device, the app will be able to detect it over Bluetooth. Then, you'll be prompted to enter the new WiFi credentials.
If the WiFi connection is stable, you should see the success screen.
Issues connecting?
If the connection cannot be made successfully, the app will prompt you to perform a soft reset, or try again later.
