  • Step 1: Homeowners need to make sure that the account association steps have been completed so that any Ecosense devices become available to select in the HAVEN IAQ app installation process.
  • Step 2: The HVAC Pro will need to make sure the Ecosense EcoQube is selected as an input in the zone. To do this, they will need to open the “Connect a device” process in the HAVEN IAQ app, make sure to click into the same "zone" as what your customer used when they were associating the EcoQube to their account and dwelling.
  • Step 3: The HVAC Pro will now be able to add the EcoQube to the "Monitors" section of the equipment setup stage. (Please note that a HAVEN Monitor is still a required component of the HAVEN IAQ Controls system.) Whether the Monitor and Controllers are already connected or if it's a new installation, follow the instructions until you get to the Controls/Automations setup. Make sure the Ventilation automation section is populated with a new Controls rule that uses the EcoQube Radon parameter as the input and select the ventilation equipment as the output. If you've set up the HAVEN Monitor, Controller and EcoQube all at the same time, HAVEN will pre-populate any suggested Ventilation automations using the Ecosense EcoQube as the radon input. If you're just adding the EcoQube to an existing HAVEN Monitor/Controller installation, you'll have to manually add in the rule.
