Step 1: Homeowners will need to make sure that the account association steps have been completed so that any Ecosense devices become available to select in the HAVEN IAQ app installation process.
Step 2: When going through the “Connect a device” process as a Pro, make sure to select the same "zone" as what your customer used when they were associating the device to their account and dwelling.
Step 3: You’ll be able to select from any indoor Monitors, be it HAVEN or Ecosense during the equipment setup stage. Once it comes time to setting up the actual automation settings, HAVEN will pre-populate any suggested Ventilation automations using the Ecosense EcoQube as the radon input.
